He Did it!

Hello friends,

It's been a little while since we spoke, but we have some exciting news to share with you! We will get to that in a moment.

We hope that you all had a great Christmas and New Year- for us it was a super busy time. In addition to the preparation, shopping and travel that comes with the holiday, we are also in the process of selling our home. That means staging, showings, contracts and all of the other "fun" things that come with the process. We can thankfully say that we are now under contract to sell our house- Praise God!

However, that is not the biggest news of all. In the midst of all the craziness of the last few months, we passed our fundraising goal! Through a completely WILD series of events that would take a bit too much time to explain here, God showed up and showed OFF! Reaching this milestone is something that could only have been accomplished by God's perfect will and our friends and family working with us faithfully. We are in awe God would choose to provide for our family in this way. (P.S. ask one of us the next time you see us in person - we would love to share the beauty of the story with you!)

It would be an understatement to say that we are blown away by your generosity. We truly could not have done it without you. Our family is growing in God's timing and you are along that journey with us. It's incredible and we are truly humbled this is His plan for our family.

As far as other news, we have entered into a period of waiting. Unfortunately, we are unsure of the timeline from here on out. This means that there is no set date at this point to be contacted by the agency- we are waiting every day for the social worker to contact us for the next steps. Please pray for patience for our family and for wisdom to make the Kingdom-minded decisions we need to in order for the process to move forward. We are trusting and believing God will show up in a huge way and show us the plan He has for our growing family.
